WATER BAPTISM – We believe, single immersion in water in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, is symbolical of our death, burial and resurrection with our Lord Jesus Christ. Matt 28:19-20, Acts 19:48, Rom 6:3-5, Col 2:12, Acts 8:35-39
SANCTIFICATION – It is the glorious privilege of every believer in Christ to be made pure in heart and wholly sanctified through the operation of the Holy Spirit. John 17:15-19, 1 Thess 4:3-4, Heb 2:11, 1 Thess 5:23-24, Heb 10:10-16, Rom 12:1-2
THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT – The gift of the Holy Spirit is promised to all believers and is received by faith, subsequent to conversion. DIVINE HEALING – In accordance with the teachings of the Scriptures, we trust our Heavenly Father to protect and heal our bodies from sickness and disease. We believe that Divine Healing for the body was purchased for us by the atoning blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that by His stripes we were healed. Ex. 15:26, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matt 8:16-17, 1 Peter 2:24, Psalm 103:3-4, James 5:14-16, Mark 16:17-18
THE LORD'S SUPPER - In accordance with our Lord's command, we partake of this Sacrament remembering His words “This do ye in remembrance of me.”Luke 22:15-20, Matt 26:21-28, 1 Cor 11:23-25
PRE-MILLENNIAL COMING OF CHRIST – It is our glorious hope and earnest expectation that our Lord will soon return for His Church and catch her away to a place prepared before the Great Tribulation bursts upon this world. Having this hope we purify ourselves even as He is pure so that we may be ready to meet Him when He comes to gather His people to Himself. PUNISHMENT OF THE WICKED – We believe in the everlasting punishment of the wicked [in the sense of eternal torment] who wilfully reject and despise the Love of God manifested in the great sacrifice of His only Son upon the Cross of Calvary for their salvation.
